Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Women's Level Up Network ("WLUN," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites (including womenslevelupnetwork.com and championinyou.com), the WLUN Authority Circle community, and all associated programs, workshops, sprints, courses, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services

1. Use of Services and Community Guidelines

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

1.2 The WLUN Authority Circle: The WLUN Authority Circle is a professional working room designed for senior women leaders. It is not a general networking group. By participating in the community (whether in the Free or Paid tiers), you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of all discussions, especially within the Paid Accelerator Vault and Peer Advisory channels (the "Chatham House Rule").

  • Engage constructively and professionally. We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, spam, or unauthorized solicitation.

  • Respect the intellectual property of WLUN and other members.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the community at any time, without refund, if you violate these guidelines.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 WLUN Content: All content provided through the Services—including but not limited to the Champion Authority System™, the ACV→L.I.T.™ Framework, the Executive Authority Gap Diagnostic, videos, worksheets, templates, and text—is the exclusive property of WLUN and Mary H. Davis, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2.2 Limited License: Upon purchase or registration, WLUN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the provided materials solely for your personal, professional development. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any WLUN content without our prior written consent.

2.3 Your Content: You retain ownership of any original content or frameworks you develop and share within the community or during programs (e.g., your Signature Voice Blueprint). However, by posting content in the community, you grant WLUN a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the context of operating the Services.

3. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

3.1 Payment: All fees for workshops, sprints, courses, and community memberships are stated in U.S. Dollars. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge the applicable fees.

3.2 Subscriptions (Accelerator Vault): If you enroll in the Authority Code Accelerator Vault (e.g., at the Standard Rate of $197/month or the Founder's Rate of $147/month), your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3.3 Founder's Rate: The Founder's Rate ($147/month) is locked permanently for as long as you maintain an active, uninterrupted subscription. If you cancel and later rejoin, you will be subject to the current Standard Rate.

3.4 Refund Policy: Due to the digital and immediate nature of our intellectual property and live coaching, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific checkout page for a given program.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

4.1 Educational Purposes Only: The Services are provided for educational and strategic positioning purposes only. WLUN and Mary H. Davis do not provide legal, financial, accounting, or human resources advice. You are solely responsible for your own professional decisions and actions.

4.2 No Guarantees: We make no representations or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, career advancement, board seat acquisitions, or financial results. 4.3 "As Is" Basis: The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

4.4 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall WLUN, Mary H. Davis, or our affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
